そろそろどこで妥協するかを考え始めたけど、その前に英語で文句を言ってみた。
「なめる」という単語に悩んだ。

As you'll find easily, because of the delay of the UNITED airline (6194 and 178), I couldn't take the flight on last Saturday and I had to wait until the next day to take the flight (6469 and 180) to the East Coast.
Of course as you know, I couldn't use Saturday, Sunday, and Monday as I planned, and I had to cancel the hotels. And the reservation for the hotel on Saturday was nonrefundable.

How do you think about my waste of my time and money?

As you can find from my mileage plus number, when I went to N.Y. in December, I couldn't use one whole day because of the delay of the UNITED airplane, but I haven't got any compensation.

Does the United Airline disrespect the customers?
